How it was made

The material
Immortelle is the risk. Overdosed it smells of maple syrup and curry, which is why most houses avoid it. Here it is held at 1.8% and cut with hay absolute and a dry labdanum so the sweetness never fully arrives.

On skin
It is warm from the first second and stays warm. The saffron in the opening burns off within half an hour, leaving beeswax and resin that sit very close to the skin.

Every amber I have tried smells of vanilla and sugar. This one smells of stone and wax. Completely different category.
