How it was made

The material
Cold-pressed Sicilian lemon oil, which oxidises fast and cannot be stabilised without losing what makes it good. We accept a shorter shelf life instead — twenty months rather than five years.

On skin
Enormous for ten minutes, then it recedes into fig leaf and blond wood and stays there quietly until early afternoon. Reapplication is expected and the 30ml exists for a handbag.
